1)  **We are no longer able to ship collect on any account**

2)  Sales Tax.  We charge sales tax only for orders shipped to California.

3) For pdf copies of invoices or anything else, please submit request by email.

4) For custom jaws, we are very sorry, we are unable to do custom jaws or special machining work.

5)  We do not accept credit cards over the phone.
