Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only within 30 days.  There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns unless due to manufacture defect.  We accept returns on some items but not all.  Returns are not accepted on "made to order" items such as 8" vise jaws, B-12 chuck jaws/nuts, B-215 chuck jaws/nuts, B-15 chuck jaws/nuts, and Howa jaws.  Item (s) must be in pristine, brand new condition.   

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Expedited shipping:  For expedited shipping such as overnight or next day air, orders must be received before 12:00pm Pacific Time.

We do ship worldwide to most industrialized countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Due to size and weight restrictions by United States Postal Service, we reserve the right to upgrade shipping service from USPS to Fed Ex whenever the situation requires.

 

Update:  COVID-19 as caused negative impact around the world.   We will do our very best to ship customer's orders out the same day received.  There is a huge strain on shipping companies to operate during these difficult times.  FedEx has suspended our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice
